Ogden web design that brings in paying customers
A website is only worth the customers it brings in. The Ogden web design you're shopping for should pay you twice, and ours does from launch day: Google shows you to more people nearby, and more of those who visit call, book or ask for a quote.
You get your fixed price in writing first. Most sites cost $5,000 to $40,000.
What your customers compare you with
We opened 66 Ogden business websites on a phone
We took page one of Google for 15 everyday Ogden searches, from plumber and furnace repair to dentist, pest control and garage door repair, and opened every business website on it the way your customers do: on a phone, first screen first.
One tile per website. Orange: it shows a price.
- Tap-to-call button on the first screen 51 of 66
- Names Ogden or a nearby town up top 52 of 66
- Lets you book or ask for a quote online 59 of 66
- Says what anything costs 9 of 66
On 57 of 66, the caller's first question goes unanswered.
A call button, the town name and a way to book: most of the sites you're up against already have them. Here they're table stakes. What's missing is the price. 14 more show a coupon or a discount, and still no price. Answer that one question on your site and you stand apart from almost everyone you're compared with.
How we counted: page one of Google for the 15 everyday Ogden searches, every business website on it opened on a phone in October 2026. Directory, review and social media pages left out. Of 69 sites, one was for sale and two wouldn't load, so 66 counted.
When every job is priced differently
Answer the question they were going to call about
Someone comparing you on a phone wants what you do, where, roughly what it costs and one way to reach you, on one screen. If no two of your jobs cost the same, you're in good company. The nine sites in our search that show a price use formats like these.
-
A starting price
Services from $39 a month
Name the smallest job. Bigger ones cost more, and nobody is surprised when they do.
Pest control, page one for “pest control ogden”
-
A floor
Furnace replacement as low as $2,999
The least the job can cost. The caller knows the range before dialing, and the rest is a quote.
HVAC, page one for “furnace repair ogden”
-
One price for the job everyone buys
A/C tune-up $29
Price the routine visit outright. Custom work still gets quoted.
HVAC, page one for “furnace repair ogden”
-
A plan price
Visit plans $79 a month
Turn repeat visits into one monthly number, with a $29 first visit to begin.
Chiropractic, page one for “chiropractor ogden”
The people who call already know you fit.
They've seen a number and they're still dialing, so the call is about when, not how much. And the ones who'd have left to find a price elsewhere stay with you.
How we found these: each price is as the business shows it on its own website, from page one of Google for the search named, checked on a phone in October 2026. Businesses left unnamed.
Work we've shipped
Sites we built that put the price on the page
None of these businesses is in Ogden, and none sells one simple thing. Each site still answers "what will it cost me?" before anyone has to pick up the phone.
-
Lighthouse Therapeutics
Behavioral health practice · Colorado
- Session rates
- Package prices
- Free insurance check
The real rates are on the site, next to a free check of what insurance covers. People call already knowing the cost, and the front desk no longer answers that question all day.
-
Analog Jiu Jitsu
Jiu jitsu and Muay Thai gym · North Austin, Texas Pictured
- Six ways to join, each priced
- Gear sized and priced
Every membership shows its price, and the gear shows sizes and prices up front. The gym's booking system only gets opened to sign up or buy, never just to look around.
-
Pristine Bins
Bin cleaning · Colorado mountain towns
- Plans and prices by ZIP code
What's offered and what it costs changes from town to town, so the site shows each visitor only the plans they can buy and the prices that apply where they live.
Three businesses with prices that aren't simple, and all three show them. Yours can too.
Being found
When a neighbor names you, they look you up next
Plenty of people don't search cold. They ask first. On 10 of the 15 Ogden searches we ran, page one of Google included an r/ogden or local Facebook-group thread asking who to call.
When they ask around
Thread on page one
- Plumber
- Pest control
- Auto repair
- Electrician
- HVAC
- Furnace repair
- Carpet cleaning
- Tree service
- Massage
- Property management
No thread
- Chiropractor
- Dentist
- Landscaping
- Garage door repair
- Roofer
The name they're given gets searched next. Then your site is judged on a phone, next to the others named in the thread.
When they search cold
Wherever you go for Ogden web design, the site should follow Google's best practices. Ours launch with:
- A page for each service, in the words your customers type
- Quick to load on a phone
- Hours, services and contact details in a form Google reads
- Your Google Business Profile tied to the site, name and phone matching
- Every old page address forwarded, so what you've already earned stays yours
All of that comes with the site at launch. If you later want to push harder on crowded searches, SEO for Ogden businesses is a separate option.
We don't promise a ranking. We make sure that whoever looks you up, by name or by trade, lands on a site that answers them.
How we counted: in October 2026 we checked page one of Google for those 15 Ogden searches; 10 of 15 showed a reddit.com/r/ogden thread or a facebook.com/groups post.
Under the hood
Built in Astro, so there's nothing to keep patching
Whoever looks you up is usually on a phone, sometimes with one bar of signal. So every site we make runs on Astro, a website-building tool that does the heavy work before anyone visits.
The page arrives finished
Each page is put together ahead of time and sent to the phone as a light, ready-to-read page. Your prices and your number show up quickly, even on a weak signal.
Nothing to babysit
There's no WordPress or one-size-fits-all builder underneath, so no plugins or theme updates to keep patching, and no page-builder code loading on every screen.

Who you'd work with
Two people, from the first call to launch
Bullfinch is two people: one designs and builds your site, the other runs the project around it. Nothing gets handed to a junior or sent to another shop.
-
Kyle
Designs and builds every page
Kyle started making websites when he was 14. He's who you'll meet on the first call, and every page of your site is his work.
-
Katie
Runs the project, the schedule and the account
Katie looks after thirty-plus active clients and keeps every project on schedule. She takes yours from the written quote to launch day.
The person you talk to on the call is the person who builds it.
What it costs
Our price, out in the open
We've asked you to put your price where callers can see it. Fair's fair, so here's ours.
Most sites land between
$5,000 and $40,000
What moves it
- How many pages the site needs
- What it connects to: booking, payments, or price logic like Pristine Bins' plans that change by ZIP code
One fixed price, in writing
Within a week of the call, you get a fixed-scope quote in writing: what we'll build and what it costs. No hourly meter running.
After launch, your choice
Keep us on for monthly hosting and updates, or take a clean hand-over and run the site yourself.
A typical site launches in about 60 days
- The call 30 minutes with the person who'd build it
- The written quote Scope and price fixed before work starts
- Design On a preview link you check on your own phone
- The build Every page made to the design you approved
- Launch Old page addresses redirected, so the Google traffic you've earned follows
Still wondering
Before you book
Short answers to the questions left over. Anything else, bring it to the call.
You're not an Ogden company. Does that matter?
We're not, and it won't change how the project goes. People look for someone local because they want a person who answers and knows their market. With us the work runs on video calls and preview links, you talk to the person who builds your site the whole way through, and the Ogden research on this page is that market homework, done before we've even met.
Will I lose the Google traffic and reviews I already have if we switch?
No. Every old page address is redirected to its new page, so the traffic you've earned follows. Your reviews live on your Google Business Profile, not on your website, so they stay with you.
Do I have to call someone in to change a price or a photo?
No: the words, photos and prices that change sit in a simple editor you can use from your phone. Open it, change the price or swap the photo, save, and the site shows the change, with no call to us and no charge for the edit.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you want one. Hosting and updates are an optional monthly plan. Take a clean hand-over instead and there's no monthly bill from us.
Will this pull me away from my work much?
Not much: the 30-minute call, a few looks at a preview link on your phone, then launch day. We do the rest.
Your next step
See your site the way your customers do
Only 9 of 66 Ogden sites we opened say what anything costs. A site that names a price answers the money question the other 57 leave for a phone call.
