What's broken?

01 / The brief

Give us the blunt version.

Five questions. About three minutes. The more honest the answers, the more useful our reply. Or skip the form and if you'd rather just talk.

First things first. Who are we talking to?
What are we actually fixing?

Pick as many as apply. Or all of them. We've seen worse.

What's the realistic budget?

Nobody's holding you to it. We just want to know if we're in the same universe.

When would this actually help?

We don't do "ASAP." We do dates.

Ready when you are.

This lands straight in Kyle and Katie's inbox. Expect a human reply — usually within a business day, sooner if the problem is on fire.

Sent. Talk soon.

Your brief is in our inbox. A reply is coming from [email protected] — check spam if the silence feels suspicious. In the meantime, see the work or read how we think.

02 / Rather just talk?

Skip the form. Pick a slot.

Thirty minutes. Google Meet. Same humans who'd build it.

04 / Before you write

Things people ask before they hit send.

If your question isn't here, it's probably the one we most want to answer. Send it.

  • Do you do proposals, decks, statements of work?
We write a short scope doc after the first real conversation — what we'd do, what it'd cost, what you'd own at the end. No 40-page proposals. No slides designed to hide the number.
  • How small is too small?
Under $5k is usually a single-day sprint — a landing page, an ads audit, an automation. Honest answer: if the work is interesting and you're easy to work with, we'll figure out a way to help.
  • How big can you go?
We cap at about six active engagements. Past that, we stop being good. If you need a 40-person team, you need a different agency — and we'll happily point you at one.
  • What if you're not the right fit?
We'll say so in the reply. Then we'll name two or three people who are. We keep a list. Call it professional courtesy. Call it the long game.
  • Will I get a sales call?
No. The first call, if there is one, is a working conversation — the kind where we sketch a plan on a shared doc. Nobody's closing anyone. If the brief is clear enough, we often skip the call entirely.
  • Where are you based?
Colorado, via Austin. Remote-first. Our clients span North America and Europe; timezone has never been the problem.

Let's talk.
