A Garland street at dusk: one-story brick ranch houses under live oaks, porch lights on, a white work van in a driveway

Garland SEO company: Be the one they call.

When someone around Garland searches for what you do, they call one of the first businesses Google shows them. We do the Garland SEO work that gets you there, in the map and the first results, so more of those calls ring your phone.

What showing up is worth

Every month, Garland searches for what you sell.

Find your line of work. The number is roughly how many times a month someone types it into Google with Garland on the end. Each of those people looks at the map and the first few results, picks one, and calls.

Want to know where you stand on the searches for your trade?

Why not just run ads?

Ads stop when the budget does.

Ads can put you at the top of Google fast. You pay for every click, and the spot lasts exactly as long as the budget. Stop paying and the calls stop with it. A page on your own site that ranks for the search works the other way: once it’s up there, it keeps bringing people in, with no bill per click.

Ads At the top while you pay for every click

A page that ranks Keeps bringing people in, no bill per click

A picture of how each one behaves, not a forecast. How long a page takes to climb depends on how crowded the search is.

Keep the ads if they’re paying off.

It doesn’t have to be one or the other. Ads can bring in calls while your pages climb, and the pages keep bringing them in when you cut the ad spend back. The difference is that ads are rented by the click. A page that ranks is yours, on your own website.

Paying for ads now? On the call we’ll look at which of those searches a page on your site could take over.

Where your money goes

What the monthly fee pays for.

Three jobs, done on your website and your Google listing. Each one is there for the same reason: so the person searching nearby finds you, and calls you.

  1. Fix what stops Google reading your site

Slow pages, pages Google can’t find, pages that never say plainly what you do and where. Any of those can keep you out of the results however good your work is. We fix them first, so everything after it counts.

Google can show your site to the people searching, so they can get to your number.

  2. Build the pages people actually search for

One page for each service you offer and one for each town you work in. People search for the exact job and the place, and Google shows the page that answers that. A single “Services” page can’t be the answer to all of those searches.

Someone in Rowlett looking for what you do lands on your page about doing it in Rowlett, with your number on it.

  3. Get you into Google Maps

Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up in Maps: your name, phone number, hours, services and the area you serve. We make it complete and accurate, and keep it matching your website, so Google has every reason to show it.

The listing has a Call button on it, so people nearby can ring you straight from the map.

How many services, how many towns and how much the site needs first is what sets the monthly price. You see that list, in writing, before you sign anything.

Past the Garland line

Your customers live in Rowlett and Richardson too.

If you already take work from the towns around Garland, those people search with their own town on the end: Rowlett, Richardson, Sachse, Mesquite, Wylie. Add them to Garland and they come close to what the same search gets in all of Dallas. For AC repair, they come to twice as many.

Twice the Dallas number.

Ahrefs US monthly search estimates, October 2026, for each trade searched with each town’s name. Estimates of how often people search, not results. Ahrefs has no AC repair figure for Sachse, so it shows a dash and adds nothing to the total. Dallas is there for comparison, not counted in it.

Why the map alone won’t get you to Rowlett

Google’s map leans toward businesses close to the person searching. When someone in Rowlett searches on their phone, the map fills up with businesses near them, so a Garland shop rarely makes it in, however good its work.

The regular results under the map work differently: they show the page that best answers the search. A page on your site for each town you really serve, about the work you do there, is what lets those results carry you into Rowlett, Richardson and the rest. Up in Frisco it runs the other way, with businesses packed close together, so SEO in Frisco comes down to which one matches the search.

That’s the part of a Garland TX local SEO company’s job most owners never see, and it gets built one town at a time.

Which towns do you really work in? Bring the list to the call and we’ll look at the searches for your trade in each one.

How long it takes

Weeks for some searches, months for others.

How fast you show up depends on how many businesses are already after the same search. Where only a few are, a page can start showing up in weeks. Where every company in town wants the spot, it takes months.

Weeks

Searches only a few businesses are going after

  • Your own business name People who already know you, looking for your number.
  • A narrow service One specific job you do, rather than your whole trade.
  • A smaller town next door Your trade in a town like Sachse, not just Garland.

Months

Busy searches every competitor wants

  • “ac repair garland tx” The search every AC company around Garland is trying to win. It’s busy for a reason: more people search it than any other trade on the list further up this page.

The written plan says which of yours is which.

Before you sign, the plan lists the searches we’d go after for your business and marks each one weeks or months. You know what should move first and what’s a longer climb before you commit to anything.

Nobody can promise you a spot on Google, and we don’t. What we put in writing is the work, the price, and which searches take weeks and which take months.

Want to know which of your searches are which?

What it costs

$1,500 to $5,000 a month: What puts you where.

That’s the whole range, up front. You shouldn’t need a sales call just to find out what a Garland SEO company charges. It isn’t a package you pick off a list: the price follows how much work your business needs, and four things decide that.

  • How many services you offer

Every service you want found gets its own page, so each one adds work.

Toward $1,500: One or two services

Toward $5,000: A long list of services

  • How many towns you work in

Every town you serve gets its own page too: Rowlett, Richardson, Sachse and the rest.

Toward $1,500: Garland on its own

Toward $5,000: Garland plus several towns

  • How crowded those searches are

A search few businesses are after takes less to win than one every competitor wants.

Toward $1,500: Few businesses after them

Toward $5,000: Every competitor after them

  • How much your site needs first

Slow pages, or pages Google can’t find, get fixed before the rest of the work can count.

Toward $1,500: In good shape already

    Toward $5,000: Needs fixing first

A fixed plan, priced and in writing, before anything is signed.

On the call we go through what you offer, the towns you work in and the state of your site. Then you get a plan with the work and the monthly price on it, in writing. You read it before you sign anything, and if it doesn’t add up for your business, you don’t sign.

Want to know where in the range your business would land?

Who picks up

Kyle and Katie Rutten, the two people you’d work with.

Bullfinch is two people. There’s no account manager passing messages along: the people you talk to are the ones doing the work and running your plan.

Kyle Rutten, bearded, in a grey top, sitting behind a laptop at a wooden table in a brick-walled room

Your site and Google listing

Kyle Rutten

Kyle builds everything at Bullfinch, the design and the development. On your account he does the work itself: fixing what stops Google reading your site, building the pages for each service and town, and getting your Google listing complete and accurate.

The plan, schedule and account

Katie Rutten

Katie runs operations and accounts. She puts your plan and price in writing, keeps the work to the schedule you agreed, and looks after your account from the first call on.

Still on the fence

Before you book, the honest answers.

The questions worth asking before you give anyone half an hour, each with a short, straight answer.

Can you promise I’ll be on page one?

No, and no one honestly can: Google decides who shows up where. What we commit to is the work listed in your written plan, and the plan spells out what we expect to happen, search by search.

I paid for SEO before and nothing happened. Why would this be different?

Because you can hold us to it. Before you sign or pay anything, the written plan names the searches we’re going after for your business, marks each one weeks or months, and puts the work and the monthly price on it. Those are searches you can type into Google yourself at any point to see whether you’re showing up, and every month we tell you in plain words what we did on your site and your Google listing.

Does Google still send customers now that AI answers questions?

Yes. When someone needs a plumber, a dentist or an AC repair near them, they still search for one and call a business from the map or the first results. That’s the spot this work goes after.

Do I need a Garland SEO company that’s actually in Garland?

No. Google weighs where your business is, not where your SEO company sits, since the map leans toward businesses near the person searching. A Garland, Texas SEO company would be working on the same two things we do: your website and your Google listing.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website and to your Google Business Profile, the listing that shows up in Maps. Beyond that, a clear picture of what you sell and the towns you sell it in.

Can you work on a website someone else built?

Usually, yes. We look at your site before we write the plan, and if anything has to change first, the plan says so up front, before you sign.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call.

The next step

See which Garland searches you could win.
