A quiet neighborhood street at golden hour, running west toward Pikes Peak

SEO for businesses that live on local customers

Colorado Springs SEO company for the customers who don't know you yet

Every day, people around the Springs search Google for what you sell, and plenty of them just moved here with no neighbor to ask. We put your business in front of them so they call you. Phone calls from strangers who turn into customers: that's what a Colorado Springs SEO company should earn you.

30 minutes on Google Meet. The plan and the price come to you in writing before you sign anything.

The customers nobody refers

New in town, no one to ask, so they search

Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever and the Air Force Academy keep bringing families to the Springs on orders, and civilians keep moving in too. They arrive knowing nobody. Within months they need a plumber, a dentist, a mechanic, someone for the furnace before the first cold night. So they type it into Google and call one of the first businesses that come up.

Whoever shows up first gets that call, and can keep that family as a customer for as long as they're here.

Word of mouth works on people who already know someone who knows you. It can't reach a family that unpacked last month. Search can. And once they're settled, the business they found first is the one they recommend when the next family moves in down the street.

A new family's first months
  1. Week 1 plumber near me
  2. Week 2 dentist accepting new patients
  3. Week 3 mechanic near Fort Carson
  4. Month 2 vet open saturdays
  5. Month 3 furnace repair near me
  6. Month 4 windshield chip repair

  • Dentist
  • Mechanic
  • Vet

Where the money goes

Ads rent you the click. A page that ranks keeps the door open.

Ads can put you at the top of Google by tomorrow. You pay for every person who clicks, whether they call or not, and the day the budget runs out, your name is gone from that spot.

A page that ranks works the other way round. Once Google shows it to people searching for what you sell, it keeps sending them to you, and nobody bills you for each one.

Paying for ads compared with a page that ranks
Paying for ads A page that ranks
Each visitor who clicks You pay for it No charge
The day you stop paying You drop out of sight The page keeps working
What's yours afterwards Nothing The pages and your Google listing

“Isn’t SEO a monthly bill too?” Yes, and it pays for work on your website and your Google listing, not for clicks. If you ever stop, the pages and the listing stay yours.

Across town

From Monument to Fountain, the map shows whoever's close

Search for an electrician on your phone and the map at the top of Google leans toward the ones closest to where you're standing. The Springs is a long city, so that adds up. A business on the north end can be the first name a customer in Briargate sees, and not show up at all for someone in Security-Widefield, even if you'd happily drive down there for the job.

Customer searching from

Security-Widefield

Top three in the map

  • A competitor near Fountain
  • A competitor downtown
  • A competitor, east side
  • Yours, on the north end
A rough sketch, not to scale. Same search, same four businesses: from Briargate, yours comes up first; from Security-Widefield, it drops out of the three. Distance isn't the only thing Google weighs, but it's one of the big ones.

That part is fixable.

Colorado Springs local SEO, put plainly, is showing Google that you work across town and not only around your own address. It takes a page on your site for each part of town you really serve, and a Google listing that's clear about the areas you cover. Then Google has a reason to show your name to the customer in Fountain too. If your jobs run farther down I-25, the same work applies to SEO for Pueblo businesses.

What you're paying for

The work, in three parts

Three plain jobs on your website and your Google listing, each one there to make your phone ring.

  1. Fix what stops Google reading your site

Slow pages, broken pages, pages that never say clearly what you do or where. Those come first, because they hold back everything else.

A site Google can read and trust is one it's willing to send callers to.

  2. Build the pages people search for

One for each service you sell and each part of town you really work in, so a stranger sees at once that you do the job they need.

Every page is one more search that can end with your phone ringing.

  3. Get your Google Business Profile complete and into the map

Your Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows in Google Maps and in the map at the top of a search. We fill it in properly: name, hours, areas you serve, type of business, photos.

The listing has its own Call button, so people can ring you straight from the map.

After the first fixes

The monthly bill pays for new pages a few at a time, a listing kept current, and fixing whatever slips. Each month you see what we did, Google's own count of the calls, website visits and direction requests from your listing, and which searches your site shows up for.

How long it takes

Which searches move first

Not every search moves at the same speed. The ones only a few businesses go after can start bringing calls in weeks. The busy ones that cover the whole city take months. Here's how that splits for, say, a plumber on the north end.

Can move in weeks

Your name, one service, one part of town

Few businesses compete for these. Once the site is fixed, the right page exists and the listing is complete, Google has an easy answer, and these are usually the first to move.

Take months

The whole city, the whole trade

Everyone in your trade wants these, and big companies with national agencies behind them crowd in too. They take months of steady pages and a listing that keeps getting stronger, so we start on them early, alongside the quick ones.

Before you sign, the written plan lists your searches and says which are which.

Nobody can promise you a position on Google, and we don't. We promise the work in that plan, and you can hold us to it.

What it costs

The price, in writing, before anything starts

You'd want the number before anything else, so here it is: what a Colorado Springs SEO company costs with us, and what decides where you land.

$1,500 to $5,000 a month

What moves the number

  1. How many services you want more calls for
  2. How many parts of town you serve
  3. How crowded those searches are
  4. How much your site needs fixed or built first

Nearer $1,500

One or two main services, mostly one side of town, searches only a handful of businesses chase, and a site that's already in decent shape.

Nearer $5,000

A long list of services across the whole city, searches where big companies crowd in, and a slow or thin site that needs fixing and new pages before the rest can move.

One fixed plan, priced and in writing, before anything is signed.

On the call we go through what you sell and where you want more work from. Afterwards the written plan comes to you: the work, and one monthly price for it. Nothing gets signed until you've read it and said yes.

More about us

Before you book

Fair questions, short answers

The doubts that usually come up before a call, answered plainly.

  • Can you get me on page one?

No, and nobody honestly can: Google decides who it shows. What we sign up to is the work in your written plan, and each month you can check it was done.

  • My last SEO bill bought me nothing I could see.

Fair. This time you'll see it. The plan names the work before you sign, and every month shows what got done, the calls Google counted from your listing, and the searches you show up for. If one isn't moving, you'll see that too.

  • Most of my work comes from word of mouth.

Keep it. SEO doesn't replace it. Referrals travel between people who know each other, and a family who moved here this summer hasn't met those people yet. Until they do, Google is who they ask.

  • You're not in Colorado Springs.

We're not, and the work doesn't need us to be. Every change we make goes into your site or your Google listing, both online, so an SEO company in Colorado Springs would be making them from a keyboard too. We're in the same state and time zone, and calls are face to face on Google Meet.

  • With AI answering everything, will Google still send me calls?

Yes. Someone with a leaking water heater still needs a person to call, and still picks one from the map and the first few results. Google's AI answers lean on the same websites and listings, so a site that says plainly what you do, and a listing with every field filled in, are how you get named there too.

  • Will I have to pay for a new website first?

Usually not. The site you have is where we start, even if someone else built it, as long as there's a login that lets us edit pages. If Google needs something your site can't do, the plan tells you up front, with the price of fixing it.

Got a doubt that isn't here? Bring it to the call.

Why start now

Be the name they find next summer

The busy searches that cover the whole city take months to move. Start this fall and that wait runs through the winter, not through the summer moving season, when the next wave of families arrives with no one to ask.

Start in June, and they're picking someone else while your pages are still being built.

In 30 minutes on Google Meet you'll know what hiring a Colorado Springs SEO company would actually get your business. We go through three things:

  1. What you sell, and the jobs you want more of
  2. Which parts of town you want more calls from
  3. What a plan would cost

Then the plan comes to you in writing, price included, to read in your own time.

Pick a time that suits you. Mountain Time, same as yours.
