Boulder search engine optimization for businesses that run on local customers
A Boulder SEO company measured in customers, not reports
More calls and bookings from people in and around Boulder searching for what you sell. SEO is getting found on Google and in Google Maps when they look, instead of the competitor down the street.
30 minutes on Google Meet
- What we do
- Fix your site, build the pages people search for, and complete your Google Maps listing.
- What it costs
- $1,500 to $5,000 a month, depending on how much there is to do.
- Before you sign
- A fixed plan with the price, in writing. You know exactly what you're paying for.
Before you think about price
What one new customer is worth to you
Someone nearby searching for what you sell already wants it. They aren't browsing. They're deciding who to call: you, or the business down the street.
- Ads
- You pay for every click, whether or not they call. Stop paying and the clicks stop with it.
- A page that ranks
- Once it shows up for a search, it keeps bringing people in, with no bill for each click.
Your math, not our promise
How many new customers would pay for it?
Pick what a typical new customer is worth to you, counting what they spend with you over time, not just the first visit.
$1,500 a month
Low end of our range
Paid for by 15 new customers a month $1,500 ÷ $100 = 15
Paid for by 3 new customers a month $1,500 ÷ $500 = 3
Paid for by 2 new customers a month $1,500 ÷ $1,000 = 1.5
Paid for by 1 new customer a month $2,500 ÷ $1,500 = 1.67 months
Paid for by 1 new customer every 3 months $5,000 ÷ $1,500 = 3.33 months
Paid for by 1 new customer every 6 months $10,000 ÷ $1,500 = 6.67 months
Paid for by 1 new customer every 16 months $25,000 ÷ $1,500 = 16.67 months
$5,000 a month
Top of our range
Paid for by 50 new customers a month $5,000 ÷ $100 = 50
Paid for by 10 new customers a month $5,000 ÷ $500 = 10
Paid for by 5 new customers a month $5,000 ÷ $1,000 = 5
Paid for by 2 new customers a month $5,000 ÷ $2,500 = 2
Paid for by 1 new customer a month $5,000 ÷ $5,000 = 1
Paid for by 1 new customer every 2 months $10,000 ÷ $5,000 = 2 months
Paid for by 1 new customer every 5 months $25,000 ÷ $5,000 = 5 months
This shows what it takes to cover the cost, and nothing more. It isn't a forecast: how many customers SEO brings you depends on what you sell, where, and who else shows up for it, and we won't guess before we've looked.
Bring your number to a 30-minute call and we'll look at which searches could bring those customers in.
What you're paying for
From a search on their phone to a call on yours
Follow one customer from the search to your phone. Our Boulder SEO services come down to three jobs, and each one sits on that path at the step it changes.
Example search on a customer's phone
-
They search
Someone a few streets away types what they need, for example “ACL rehab.” Google can only put forward businesses whose sites it can read.
Our job
Fix what stops Google reading your site
Pages that load slowly, pages Google can't find, pages that never say plainly what you do. We fix those on the site you already have, whoever built it.
-
Three businesses show in the map
A map opens with three businesses pinned near them. Odds are one is the competitor down the street. The aim is for another to be you.
Our job
Get your Google Maps listing complete and accurate
The right category, your real hours, the services you offer, the areas you serve, photos, a number that rings. A half-finished listing gets passed over, by Google and by people.
-
They tap the one that fits
They open a listing and its page to check you do exactly what they need. If the page is vague, they go back and tap the next pin.
Our job
Build the page that answers that exact search
A page about the thing they typed, not a home page that lists everything. It gives Google a reason to show you, and gives them a reason to stay.
-
They call
The call button is right there on the listing. One tap, and the phone that rings is yours.
Your part
Pick up
Someone nearby who already wants what you sell. Every job above is there to get them to this step.
Everything we'd do as your Boulder SEO company sits on one of those four steps. If a piece of work doesn't help someone get from a search to your phone, it doesn't go in the plan.
We'll walk through that path for what you sell.
The pages we build
One page for everything ranks for nothing
Nobody searches for “services.” People around Boulder type the one thing they need, often with the town they're in. Google answers with the page that's about exactly that. A page listing everything you do is about nothing in particular, so it loses to the business that gave each one its own page.
What people type, for example
- ACL rehab
- small business bookkeeping
- kitchen remodel Louisville
Before · one page
After · a page for each
Each thing you sell
- /kitchensKitchen remodels
- /bathroomsBathroom remodels
- /basementsBasement finishing
- /additionsHome additions
Each area you really serve
- /louisvilleLouisville
- /lafayetteLafayette
- /superiorSuperior
- /gunbarrelGunbarrel
Someone searching “kitchen remodel Louisville” now lands on pages about exactly that, not on one line in a long list.
Area pages go only where you actually work. A page for a town you never drive to brings calls you'd have to turn down. Which pages your business needs is listed in the written plan, before you sign. Out on the plains instead? Read about SEO for businesses in Greeley.
How long it takes
When the calls start
It depends on the search. Some have only a handful of businesses going after them, and those can move quickly. Others, half the town wants. Here's how it splits.
Narrow searches can move in weeks
Fewer businesses compete for these, so the work on your site and your Google Maps listing can start to show in weeks.
- Your own business name People who already know of you, looking for your number.
- One specific service The exact thing someone needs, not your whole trade.
- A smaller nearby area The town next door, rather than all of Boulder.
Crowded Boulder searches take months
The plain search for what you sell, followed by “Boulder.” Most of your competitors want the same few spots. The pages that win them are built up over time, and Google takes its time deciding.
The narrow searches can bring calls while these build.
Nobody can promise where you'll show up on Google. We don't.
What we do put in writing, before you sign: the searches we'll go after, which ones are quick and which are the long haul, what we'll do for each, and what it costs.
What it costs
The price, before you sign anything
Hiring a Boulder SEO company shouldn't mean agreeing to a monthly fee before you know what it buys. So here is the range, and what decides where you land in it.

- Nearer $1,500

- Nearer $5,000

- Nearer $1,500
- You're up against a few local businesses for them.

Your plan: one fixed price, in writing, before you sign
The range above is where plans fall. Yours names the work and one fixed monthly price, and you have it before anything is signed.
- We talk 30 minutes on Google Meet about your business.
- You get the plan In writing: what we'll do, and what it costs each month.
- Then you decide Sign only if the number makes sense to you.

Fair questions, short answers
What you'd probably ask us on the call, answered here first.
Can you promise I'll be on page one?
No. Google decides who shows up, and anyone who promises you a spot is guessing. What we promise is the work in your plan, and before you sign we tell you which searches are realistic for your business and which are a long shot.
I paid for SEO before and got reports, not customers. Why would this be different?
Your plan names what we're judged on: calls and bookings from people nearby searching for what you sell. A ranking or a traffic chart only counts if it leads there.
Boulder has plenty of SEO agencies. Why hire one that isn't here?
Because the job doesn't need an office in town. The work a Boulder SEO company does for you happens on your website and your Google listing, and both live online. You talk directly to the two people doing it, on Google Meet, from the first call on.
What exactly am I signing up for?
A written plan: the searches we'll go after, what we'll do for each, and one monthly price. You have it in hand before anything is signed, so what you agree to is exactly what's on the page.
Does Google still send customers now that it answers with AI?
For local searches, yes. Someone looking for a service near them still gets businesses and a map. Google's AI answers draw on the same websites and listings, so a clear site and a complete listing matter more now, not less. How Google shows results will keep changing, and we won't pretend to know where it lands.
Can you work on the site I already have?
Yes, no matter who built it. We fix the site you have and add the new pages to it. You don't need a new website to start.
Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call.
Your next step
Thirty minutes on what you sell and who you want more of
Every week, people near you search for what you sell, and the map shows them someone else. Those calls go to them.
A 30-minute Google Meet with Kyle and Katie, on three things:
- What you sell The services that matter most, and the area you really serve.
- Which customers you want more of The jobs you'd fill your week with if you could pick.
- What a plan would cost Roughly where you'd land between $1,500 and $5,000 a month, and why. The fixed price follows in writing.
Whatever you decide afterward, you'll know what hiring a Boulder SEO company would mean for your business.
