Yeah, obviously. You can also pay them like $10k/month and deal with them getting all weird on you when you try to explain that they need to be cool with being fired and re-hired regularly in order to compete with Bullfinch.
I mean no, not really. Look, we’re not a panacea. The work needs to be within our scope and requested/delivered one item at a time (two for the pro plan). Outside of that, all is fair.
48 hours tops, usually a lot faster. Been doing this a long time, we haul. There are some exceptions, here are some common ones:
- Website Build (broken down to one page at a time)
- Long-Form Copy (broken down to 5,000 word chunks)
- Brand Guides (broken into relevant parts)
We are human and we try not to use drugs (for work).

If it can go in the Trello card, we’ll accept it. Loom videos, links to docs, photos of wireframes drawn on napkins. We’re not bureaucrats, we’re designers. We can sort it out.
Tell us what you want adjusted in Trello, an adjustment request is simply treated as a request. Sometimes a lot of back and forth is necessary. That’s showbiz baby.
Yes. Some common stuff we get asked that is outside of our scope:
