The Challenge
Pleasant View Resort runs year-round cabin reservations and hourly vehicle rentals. Any outage—no matter how brief—would have stranded guests in the middle of active transactions and clogged up the front desk. The legacy site also struggled on mobile, lacked clear CTAs, and buried high-margin Jeep rentals beneath dense copy.
Our Approach
Our work started with a fully functional staging clone tied into FareHarbor’s sandbox, so the resort’s staff could test every cabin and vehicle booking flow without risking a live reservation. Once the team had approved the experience end-to-end, we scheduled a late-night DNS cut-over backed by a reverse-proxy fail-back plan; the switchover itself took under ninety seconds and guests never saw a single error page.
Redesign
We then redesigned the hero section, echoing the on-site promise, “Adventure Awaits”, to drive visitors straight to “View Cabins” or “Rent a Jeep” calls-to-actions. Everything was designed mobile-first and for screens up to large desktops, ensuring smooth browsing even on spotty mountain LTE.

Creative Development
Our design team blended rugged mountain photography with a warm, rustic palette to translate the resort’s “Adventure Awaits” spirit into an immersive, scroll-driven experience.
Meaningful Metrics
Page-load times fell from nearly five seconds to under two on mobile, vaulting Core Web Vitals into the 90th percentile. In the first two weeks post-launch, cabin inquiries climbed about 22 percent and multi-day Jeep rentals saw a noticeable uptick—early signals that faster pages and clearer CTAs are translating directly into revenue.
